| The youngest of the girs died at the age of 96 in Spokane Washington. She was never married. Shee lived at the homeplace at Watkins Mill until she reached the age of 91 years. She then wen to Washington to make her home with a niece, Irene Watkins Thatcher. On 22 February, 1945, she and her nephew, J. Spencer Watkins, with the thirteen other heirs, sold the homestead place and the 1600 acres upon which it was developed. | ||||||||||
