Obituary - ? - copy in file MABEL E. KEITH Mabel E. Keith, 93, Bolivar, died at 1:15 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 17, 1996, at Citizens Memorial Healthcare Facility, following a sudden illness. The daughter of James and Mary Tindle Degraffenreid, she was a long -time resident of Bolviar and a former co-owner of The Keith Hatchery in Bolivar. She attended Bolivar United Methodist Church. Survivors include three stepsons, J. Paul Keith, Buffalo, and Joe Ben Keith and David Keith, both of Bolivar; six stepdaughters, Ruth Jump, and Charlene Hood, both of Bolivar, Francis Harris, Springfield, Ella Me Vest, Polk, Barbara Voris, Walnut Grove, and Lena Kintz, St. Charles; three grandchildren, Jerry Haralson, Cincinnati, Ohio, Richard Haralson, Naples, Fla., and Janet Bale, Chester, Md.; eight great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; 45 stepgrandchildren; 69 stepgreat-grandchildren; and 14 step-great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by two sons, Kenneth Eugene Haralson, who was killed in World War II, and Wilbur Lee Haralson, who died in 1971. Her husband, Jim Keith, whom she married in 1942, died Feb 3, 1986. Services were Saturday, Jan 20, in Pitts Funeral Home Chapel, with the Rev. Harold Henrickson officiating. Music was by William Edward Vest, accompanied by Mary Vest. Songs were "In the Garden" and "Sweet Hour of Prayer." Burial was in Payne Cemetery. Pallbearers were Bill Voris, Steve Kintz, Lonnie Jump, Edsel Keith, Ronnie Keith and Larry Hood. | ||||||||||||
